This chain has always been my favorite spot for juice, smoothie, açaí bowl. It’s soo fresh and smells heavenly - like perfect produce. I ask for gift cards to this place, it’s just the best. My go to is the “hustle muscle” and PB açaí, and rise and grind. I love juice generation. It’s heaven to me.

Not for the meek. The pickup experience is really annoying when it’s warm weather. Giving 5 stars bc I do love this place and come here all the time even through the cold winter when it seemed like I was the only customer lol but I feel it’s almost pointless to make pickup orders because the people who work here avoid eye contact with you like the plague and keep the drinks that are ready out of reach. I feel so much pressure to call out to the worker like “hellooo” to get my drink. One time it legit took me ten minutes of hoping they made eye contact with me to get an order that had been ready for 30 minutes. Causes me more anxiety than my sales job lol I’ve become a regular at sweetgreen for lunch instead just to avoid this

Had a great experience at Juice Generation. The smoothies and juices tasted very fresh and natural, and the ingredients seemed high quality. Staff were friendly, service was quick, and the place had a clean and relaxing vibe. Perfect spot for a healthy drink or quick snack, especially if you want something refreshing and light. Would definitely come back again.

I had the protein açaí bowl since I’ve been trying to up my protein intake and it was delicious. Just the right amount. They seem to make all their juices fresh when ordered which is awesome because I got off the juice craze train like 10 years ago when juice bars started just handed you premade juices, often bottled. That wasn’t worth it to me, but a fresh made juice is. Pretty expensive here but everything is in NYC so no fault of theirs.

Came here for a smoothie, it's good, nothing surprising. Though, gotta mention, I wanted a gelato but they only have them for sale in packages, if you want a scoop or so you'll have to head to another branch. The decor is neat with an astounding number of (unripe) bananas and fresh fruit arranged nicely, which should merit four stars but there's no seating which should get a two stars, so I'll give the atmosphere a three stars. Wait time was a good ten minutes for this singular smoothie since I did come around noon and there were a lot of orders. Cashier was nice which should get the service more stars but also my friend (who's gluten free) ordered an Aloha Acai but realized the coconut granola was produced in a factory that also made ingredients with gluten (the staff were kind enough to bring it out), so she ordered it without the granola (it even said so on her receipt), but alas, when her order came fifteen minutes later it came with granola (though, not a lot, so I think they did realize halfway through making it). Still...
